I am Yang, I am one of their Franchisee who sign a franchisee contract with them last year. I then open my skin care shop in Shanghai, Pudong. I am selling the so called "Korean skin care" products that they offer, and also I had marketing direction and promotion adviced by the their franchaise office. They sent us promotion idea every month and we haveto follow. However my shop had a punishment from Shanghai market regulation office due to a customer compliants. Shanghai market regulation office charge my Hebe International skin care shop because of pricing frauds towards customers, and also selling of unqualified products.
I am facing a huge finanical loss due to this. I am also a victim because the contract we had with Hebe International, we need to sell what they offer us to sell, and we need to follow their marketing advice. By doing this I end up get punishment, I filed a law suit against them. Our contract indicated that the products we sell are all approval but in fact, they are not. After the law suit was filed, I found them already shut down their company in China. Now they have open another company and try to do the same thing over again. I just want to warm everyone be careful of this company, this is a bogus company that they keep opening new company and shuting down after there is dispute. Their products are unqualified and it is against chinese law!
These shops are run by a Chinese scammer name Zhao chao, they are never Korean skin scare, they use the name Korean skin care scam Chinese clients, all their products and machines are made in china with no FDA approval. They practiced in medical injection without a license such as inject unknown products on customers faces, they also inject fake Botox for customers. They are not professional for skin care at all, they only run a 3 days training, all of those diplomas are fake.
I was traveling to Seoul and happen to stop by this skincare clinic which claimed is a "Korean" skin care salon. However right after I had a facial done, my face is getting irritation, my face turns red and right at the night I start to have some pimples comming out all over my face! I asked the translator in this store if it will gets better later, they said it will be ok tomorrow. However it was getting wrost! So I asked them again what is going on, they said oh your skin is "detoxing"....WHAT THE HELL WAS DETOXING when my face is already ruined with redness and pimples all over! This place is unprofessional and applying irritating stuff on my face! Later on I found out that this store is open by chinese instead of a real korean skin care salon, its open to only show to the people in china that there is a store in Korea, the only purpose is to scam others to pay for franchaise stores in China. I doubt if their products are made in china. TERRIABLE PLACE! BEWARE TO GO!
