This website is a complete scam and everyone should be aware...Fortunately he only got 46$ from me but he contacted me telling me I sent the money wrong and I had to send more to correct it...Yeah that didn’t sound right to me so I did some checking and find he is a scammer...no big deal for me but I’m going to dedicate some time and resources just because I have both..he’s a real dirt bag..
Has anyone had any real luck with who this really is? I see Alaska up in a review but I’m not sure. He always told me Tampa FL.
i have been ordering from robert johnson for many years. the quality has always been top notch until now. they no longer accept regular credit cards and force payment through paypal friends and family. I bought some Peruvian torch ,which ive ordered numerous times over the years. The cactus was way more expensive and now only sold in powdered form. i paid 430$ for a pound and it was completely inactive. due to the method of payment chargeback is not possible through paypal. i must resort to chargeback via credit card.
I read the two reviews on this site and while I understand why these persons are angry about their experience, I'd like to just quickly say that my order from this company went really well. Yes, the restrictions on payment methods are not some might be used to, but the products sold here are even more unique. Given the ridiculous legal issues these types of vendors are confronted with, it's no wonder they are a little paranoid about who they are doing business with. I was so happy I was able to buy the product I purchased, paying via PayPal wasn't going to be a show stopper. I got my order just a few business days later and was also sent a free gift. :) Thank you Heavenly Products for providing this service!
I ordered herbs and oils from this company and when ordering I used Paypal friends and family. I should have known right then he Robert Johnson is a ripoff artist. I own a small business and never expected this kind of response. We emailed back and forth until he said my order could not be shipped because it was backordered which it was not and did not state on the website. His website should be shut down and he should be arrested for fraud! He is stealing from many yet he says people are stealing from him on his website. Never buy products from this website!
I placed a small order with this company. The owner, Robert Johnson, emailed me with instructions to resubmint my debit card payment via PayPal. Robert Johnson also advised that sending money via the "friends and family" option was a requirement.
After I placed my order the merchant's website went down...almost immediately. I emailed the company but got no response until the next day, which I thought was not reasonable given the timing of events. I messaged Robert Johnson requesting information regarding the order prior to filing a complaint with PayPal.
Ultimately the order was canceled by Robert Johnson, apparently unhappy that I had contacted PayPal.
The "send money to friends and family" option does not allow the customer to dispute the charges. There is no recourse for the customer to get a refund. I have emailed Robert Johnson, both through PayPal and through his web site requesting a refund due to the cancelation of the order. Robert Johnson has chosen to NOT respond and everything seems to indicate that I will NOT receive a refund of money paid.
Instructing customers to use PayPal's friends and family option is deceitful. He does not tell you that you will neither get your products nor your money back.
