Heatsync Performance is not a registered company in Washington State, and there is no business license. There is no Customer Service other than Percell Lee. All payments are run through a Paypal account only under another name who appears to be a business partner or employee named Sulena Kumert-sena, Heatsync Merchandise is marketed on it's own website only (no eBay or Amazon) with email/phone contact info provided for customers to inquire.
I engaged this company on three different occasions and had substantial issues with all three of them.
1. Purchased a set of racing coils. They arrived in two shipments that were weeks apart, which was a surprise to me and only told to me after I got the first box and half of the items were missing and had to contact him again. When I recieved the 2nd shipment it was still missing parts that I ended up outsourcing elsewhere for an additional cost of $150 because he was mostly nonresponsive.
2. Some of the parts didn't work well, and I was told I would get replacements, but it took 3 months and only after I had to ask multiple times.
3. I listed these same coils for sale on FB Marketplace for $500 and Percell offered to buy them because he wanted to use them for "display". Later he gave me a shipping address of someone else to send them to. I offered to buy a set of the turbo cooling lines($349) and him just pay me the different. I did recieve the difference. but never got the turbo cooling lines.
After 9 weeks of asking, and consistently getting ignored, or when he did respond he would BS me, I gave up on getting the cooling lines, and i had to send him a demand letter via certified mail for the $$ he owed me. I got paid after the Facebook incident described below.
Facebook Incident: On 4/29/2022 , he personally attacked me on Facebook. I had entered into a conversation in Heatsync's Facebook Group with another member who was also having issues with Percell.
Percell who is an Admin of the group, turned-off commenting on the post, then proceeded to insult me and the other guy, but we couldn't respond.
When I saw this, I created a separate post of "WTF is going on? Percell suspended me and the other guy from the group, and deleted the entire post so that noone else would find out what was up.
I have detailed logs and records of my interractions with Percell as evidentury proof of the above statements which are true and correct to the best of my belief.
Contacted them for air intakes for my BMW 550 in December. At first communications were good and said they would send the invoice directly to my shop.
My shop never received the invoice. My shop and I tried to contact them in January and February by phone and email and never had a reply. In March, Percell Lee AKA James Jazz AKA Sulena replied saying that they wouldn't ship until the invoice was paid and told him that my shop never received the invoice and that we tried contacting him for the past 2 months.
He said he would send a new invoice. My shop did receive this invoice but it was not at the negotiated amount. Then he told us that the intakes were shipped and that someone had sign for them with the name Mohamed there are no "Mohamed" at my shop and nobody took delivery for an intake system.
We tried to contact Percell during the following 2 months (end of February and March) without any success.
In the beginning of April, April 5th 2022 to be precise, I was finally able to speak to Percell and he said that the invoice was now paid and that the intakes would ship the following day. Percell then said they were shipped on April 9th.
A week later my shop didn't receive the intakes and we can't reach Percell again. Over another 2 weeks, can't reach him again. Then today, he finally replied saying the intakes weren't ship because hes waiting for payment. I spoke. With my shop's manager and ge said he never paid the invoice because he never received the corrected one with the right amount.
Percell operates on a fake name, with an unregistered business (I checked) and from his own backyard's garage. We are a lot of people who got swindled by this guy. This time I didn't lost money but wasted a lot of time waiting on intakes that weren't coming and I have started some other work on my car based on the fact the intakes were supposed to be at my shop at a specific date to continue the work.
I have been without a car for 3 weeks now because I was waiting on an intake system that was never coming. This scammer lies and changes his story every day. He never wanted to send me a tracking number for the 3 times he said they were shipped.
The others that got swindled/scammed will make their own report, but for me, I'm still stuck with no car and now I have to search for another supplier for an intake system.
