I received my hearing aids from this company, with the website giving you 45 days to return, if you were not satisffied. uppond trying to get refund info, i was given very little. I thought i would be able to return these to the place they where mailed to me from, hawthorn, calif., that was not the case, they also have a website listing wyomying and all emails come from there.
when trying to get a refund address, after several tries, i was given a return address of china!!! i have never sent anything overseas, i went to dhl online to fill out the form and i had no clue of some of the ?s they were asking, i gave up and sent an email to heartech saying you win, i give up!!
i am out $224, and stuck with something that does nothing for me!! i was also told to declare just $20 when i did the return, they said if i declared the $224 amount the return would come right back to me!! it would have cost me $45 to send it back!!
dhl would not accept the address either, too many letters in the address, was only allowed 45, and this was way over, so they rejected it!! this company is a ripoff and they need to be stopped. thank you letting me airout my feeling!!
