The plastic body of the Hear aid is TOO large to fit into my left ear cannal It keeps falling out( Aids are in Cannal Aids only) For $100 more they willl send me "Over the ear hearing aids" (OTE) They refuse to honor warrentee

This has been going on now for over 30 days. I bought the devices and paid was to pay in 4 payments made biweekly. As soon as I hit enter to order they had debited my account for the first payment. A week or so later I got the product and tried it out. The device was too big for my ears and did not fit so I immedatley contacted them to return them for a refund.
They told me they would not refund me for that reason. They were brand new NEVER used and they were not going to refund me. After several emails I let them know that I was a elderly widow on a fixed income and I would go to the media with my story if they did not reconcider. After much discussion they said they would refund the money that was already collected.
They use an outside company call Klarna to collect their money. They finally said they would refund me and sent me a return form which I filled out and sent back with the product and I have a conformation saying they got it. Some more time went by and they finally refunded 2 payments but on the same day Klarna debited my account for another payment. So AGAIN I contact them.
Now they say I have to contat Klarna myself for the that money, but in the same breath they say they have issued a refund for that amount. Well where is it I ask. Now they say it will take up to 10 days for the refund to reach my bank. BULL ****!!!. Its been 10 days and still no money but they refuse to do any more about it.
Don't beleve their 100% money back guaratee because it doesnt exisit. All I want is my money back. I have contacted a lawyer but it will probably cost me more to hire him than what they owe me. PLEASE PEOPLE....DONT BUY THEM. the offer sounds good but you may find yourself in my shoes. Safe your money and buy the real thing. Hopefully this will help somone else lose money they cant spare.
I contacted them by email explaining that the aids would not work in my ears. Ask for return authorization and the wrote back "We don't allow returns" and refused to refund my money.still charging my credit card $74.50 .
Have charged this amount twice already and will continue to do so two more times. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BUY FROM THIS CRUMMY COMPANY.
I purchased Heartech CIC in ear hearing aid on Friday September the 27, 2019 for $249.00 with a satisfaction guaranteed 45 day "from date of purchase" return policy. I was told i would receive them in a week, they sent a tracking number but It did not work and it took closer to 3 weeks to receive them.
When i receved them i tried them numerous times and found them not usable, way to big for my ear canal, I ended up with a horrible ear infection trying to make them work. I filed a return request and my request was "Rejected".
They said to send a new request with pictures of the Product, proof of Purchase and a video of why I wanted to return them. I Took photo's, made a pdf of my order and made a video explaining the hearing aids were too large for my ear canal, proceeded into the website to fill out a new request and was told my order was not valid and I could not file a claim without a valid order.
So I called the helpline number and was disconnected several times, i tried again and got a message machine, i left a message but no response. I also sent several e'mails but no response. I do not believe they return anybodys money ever.
