Purchased hearing aids from this outfit on July 15, 2019. Did not receive them until August 14, 2019. They arrived and did not work. Tried to collect on the money back guarantee and was told I had to send them to an address in China.
The only company I could find to ship to that address wanted $175 to deliver an 8 oz package (I paid $225 for the aids). Thankfully I used Paypal and they were fiinally able to get me a refund on September 23, 2019 and had me send the aids to an address in Australia (only cost me $63) so I am still out that $63.

Ordered Hearing Aids Received email immediately advising shipping delayed because of volume of orders Immediately cancelled and asked for refund. Received email back advising that allsales final and could not cancel. Disputed charge on my credit card but they shipped anyway.
