I ordered a 30 dietary supplement that had a 30 trial period. When my order arrived I noticed there was an additional item in my shippment that I did not order. I looked at the shipping invoice and saw they charged for this item I did not order. I called their customer service. The lady I talked to said their system says I ordered the product when I did not. I did not want the item. I asked if I could returrn the item. She I could return it but I would have to pay for the return shipping and possibly a restocking fee. This would cost more that the item cost. At a charge of $7.95 it was not worth it. I told the lady, thanks for nothing and hung up. A couple minutes later she called me back and mentioned something about my having 60 to try the (original) item I ordered. It I did not like or want more of the item, I would have to call back and cancel future shipments and close my "active" account. I wasn't aware I had an active account that had automatically been set up for me. The web site or any paper I received from them said anything about being setup for future orders to be automatically shipped to me. I told her to close the account right now. She asked if i was sure that i wanted it closed. I told her to close the account because i was not ordering a single additional pill from them.
