When you call the 888 number they argue with you on the phone and you have to be very stern and demand they stop payment. After having to stop the phone agent numerous times I became irate and had to demand a supervisor and then they agent agreed to stop the order and issued me cancellation confirmation numbers.

I WAS ADVISED THAT I WAS ONLY GETTING A FREE TRIAL AND THE COST WAS SUPPOSED TO BE $4.95 FOR THE 1ST 14 DAYS.
I HAVE ASKED THIS PRODUCT TO BE CANCELLED 4 TIMES AND THUS FAR, THERE HAS ONLY BEEN A BUNCH OF LIES AND BROKEN PROMISES.
I SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE NAMED ADA, LASTLY AND SHE PROMISED ME A CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION BY EMAIL.
WELL, IT NEVER CAME.
I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT AND MY CREDIT CARD IS BEING COMPROMISED!!!
I HAVE SHIPPED THE LAST PRODUCT BACK TO THEIR OFFICE AND ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND.
I WILL HAVE TO MOST LIKELY REPORT THIS TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AS WELL.
