Healthy Housing Foundation Reviews
In May of 2019, I applied online on the Healthy Housing Foundation website for housing. I had to go through a background check. I was approved and passed the background check, according to social worker Angela Monette. I went to the Catholic Charties Good Shepherd Languille House July 1st, 2019 to wait for the deposit to move in to a studio apartment.
I was assigned a caseworker named Kadoty Parks who I met one time in July. Kadoty completed a rapid rehousing application with me for the purpose of securing the deposit. Kadoty Parks left and never returned until October 1st, 2019. For all those weeks, I never saw a caseworker.
I waid laid off from my job in August of 2019. When I met with Kadoty Parks the 2nd week of October, she had no recollection of filling out the rapid rehousing application for me and had lost the bank statements I provided.
She knew that I was connected to Healthy Housing Foundation and that allowed me to be under the Bridge housing according to LAHSA, and would give me up to a year to get permanent housing while staying at Languille House. Kadoty Parks said that Healthy Housing Foundation told her I was never approved, and never passed the background check, so therefore, I didn't qualify for the long term bridge housing.
Kadoty Parks gave me an exit date of October 31st, 2019. This is outright fraud! I want to expose this. Denise Crawford and Kadoty Parks are involved in all types of grant fraud at Catholic Charities. Many women are dismissed out of the program before their time is up for the purpose of Denise Crawford collecting extra grant money from the U.S. government.
