I agreed to a "free trial" of this product as well as a free trial of green tea. I was told that I could return future shipments at ANY TIME. Those returns could even be empty or partially used bottles of product. I was told that I would receive a FULL refund.
The sales call was "recorded for training and customer service purposes."
I tried to call to make a return and cancel my auto ships. for 2 months in a row I got a recording that the number I called was "unavailable at this time."
After the third month of trying to call I finally got an answer. I got an RMA for the return and cancelled the auto ships.
I sent 4 months of shipments (a total of 8 bottles). I shipped those all in one box and tracked it. 6 weeks after shipping I still had not gotten a refund. I called and they promised to issue a refund. A week after that I finally got a refund. They refunded only one month of charges.
Since then I have called over 6 times to inquire about the full refund. I got differnt excuses each time but the general theme was that they only refund for one shipment. After the 3rd call I asked for them to review the call that was recorded for quality. Then called back repeatedly because I did not get a return call from management.
Today I called again. This time the excuse was that they only received one of the shipments back. That is FALSE. All the items were in the same box so how could they have only gotten a couple 2 items?
Once again I was told that management will call me back within 48 hours.
