I write this complaint with respect to the attached affidavit because I suspect that Healey Ford Lincoln LLC, located in Goshen, NY are committing Title Fraud. Please see the attached criminal report and exhibits. Additionally, this dealership has administered multiple levels of criminal deceptive practices, criminal schemes to defraud, securitization of customer’s signature under false pretenses, and criminal negligence. I believe these crimes are being committed to subterfuge and advance the selling of rebuilt cars as new and or title fraud.
Foremost, I was solicited into this car dealership based on this dealership’s new car inventory advertisement. Please see exhibit 11 on the attached affidavit. I went to the dealership to lease a new car. I was accompanied by a lawyer and accountant who witnessed all public discussion. I was taken to a private room by myself to have multiple papers signed. I have leased cars all of my life and I have never seen so many scripted scenes for the sole purpose of advancing fraud.
At present I am driving the alleged 2018 Ford Taurus based on invisible authority with respect to the lease contract and the title. The dealer agents did not sign one leasing document and have refused to present any of the NEW car’s registration or certification documents. I am being forced to sue for papers I am entitled to have. While at the dealership, they wasted time with alleged financing, despite me going in with an approval from a credit union. After wasting several hours for such, they bamboozled multiple papers on me and said sign now read later. A snow storm was scheduled that night February 17, 2018 so everyone and everything was rushed.
When I got home, I reviewed the papers and was disgusted. All of the deceptive papers lead to the advancement of title fraud. The key title fraud issues are:
1. UNSIGNED VEHICLE CASH PURCHASE AGREEMENT
2. UNSIGNED MOTOR VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT NEW YORK FORM,
3. DEALERSHIP VEHICLE INSURANCE MINIMUMS FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE IS IN WRITING AT $10.000 WHEN THE ALLEGED NEW CAR COST WAS OVER $32,000.00
4. A DOUBLE PURPOSE ODOMETER PAGE WITH WHITED OUT REBUILT SALVAGE TAURUS SEL STATEMENTS WITH THE SAME VIN NUMBER OF THE CAR SOLD TO ME , PLEASE SEE EXHIBIT 6B IN THE AFFIDAVIT
5. A DOUBLE PURPOSE MILEAGE AND USED CAR FRAUD STATEMENTS
6. NO FORD TAURUS SEL VEHICLE SERVICE CONTRACT OR FORD TAURUS DESCRIPTION
7. NO NEW CAR TITLE CERTIFICATE OR REGISTRATION
8. EXHIBIT 6B IS AN ODOMETER PAGE THAT STTES 7 MILES AND EXHIBIT 9 STATES THE CAR WAS USED PREVIOUSLY
9. NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THE OIL CHANGES FOR THIS CAR ARE NOT PART
OF THE LEASING CONTRACT, AS IS WITH OTHER 2018 SEL FORD TAURUS CARS
10. REFUSE TO GVE ME END OF LEASE RETURN FOR MY CHRYSLER 200 GOOD STANDING 14,000 MILE CAR. THEY TOOK MY PREVIOUS LEASE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME DOCUMENTTION OF THEM TAKING MY CAR WHEN THEY LEASED THEIR UNDOCUMENTED FORD TAURUS
