This site is made with false contact information. They just picked a random address in Pennsylvania but the real criminals are located in China. They have hundreds of similar fake websites they've used to steal from people and they keep making more and more. This is just one of them. They stole over $500 from us, and tried to fraudulently transfer money from our Paypal account to a bank in China too. They will try to steal your passwords and your identity information using malware installed onto your phone or your system.
They use phony tracking numbers to avoid disputes long enough to withdraw all the funds, then it doesn't matter if you file a dispute you won't get a refund anyway. You can't find them because they're located in China in various locations but they use false addresses in the USA to avoid detection and to trick victims into sending money and entering their personal info. They post fake "sales" that are over 50% off retail price to get people to click on their fake ads they put on Google and social media. Then they take the money and run.
They'll enter a tracking for another package that was delivered somewhere in your state or they'll send you a cheap counterfeit item, or a $1 item and claim it was a mistake. The key part of the scam is you cannot return anything because first the real return address is in China, not the USA, so it costs $70+ just to mail anything back with tracking to the location they'll provide you. And guess what? The china return address they give is also a fake, and no return will ever get there anyway, even if you pay for the shipping to send anything back.
