I ordered a bag, was charged for on ordering. Had confirmation email, then email saying trouble with courier order had been lost. Then email saying order hadbeen found and despatched. This order has never arrived and my emails are bouncing back saying email does not exist although i am replying on the email that came from them. I am annoyed as paid but never received my order.
