I had bought multiple zoom for cell phone for my children's birthday gifts-does not work as advertised. Unable to contact them. The money has not been credited to my card as of 02/22/17. I ordered the HD360X off a facebook ad and the company was very responsive but after I received the product I did not feel the lense gave me the results they claimed it would so I contacted them , they offered me to keep it for 1/2 I declined and they gave me a return label with a po number but the package did not have a bar code for tracking purpopses so they are saying they did not get it and there is no tracking availble when I informed them I used the label they provided and I contacted my post office and inforned them what the post office said they blocked me and have blocked me from posting on their ads on face book , they do not answer the phone and now they will not respond via email ... PLEASE do not lose your money as I have. ^j^ I am told sells them for half and you can pay via pay pal and be protected personally I do not feel buying for half is good value either tho....

Hd360x is a product that does not work at all..sold on face book.all reports are the same. dont work and cant get money back..
