*These jokers filed for garnishment on my wife's wages under her maiden name, served without and proof or signature of receipt, via mail and in person at her place of employment. The issue was as a student loan co-signer. No action was taken on the initial borrower. The jokers went right for the mom not the student. The judge found their methods unacceptable and tossed the case for procedure and due to lack of collegiality for the loan. Then they claimed in a legal document to the courts that they had notified her of the quality of truth in filing the answer to the claim. Problem is it was mailed to the wife;'s attorney the day after the hearing and dismissal of the case. Unethical absolutely, illegal absolutely incompetent absolutely should the bar association be involved against Hayt Hayt and Landau. ABSOLUTELY! Wasted our time and cost us attorney fees*
