I've been working with them for one week and this is what I learned: Working 11-12 hour shifts for six days a week (Mo-Sat) Working on the streets in bad neighborhoods My payment when I was with them was in total $64 for one whole week. The daily "meetings" were like brainwashing with roaring and yelling. They also have weekly "challenges" where the employees do lap dances and other activities after losing the "challenge" There is no management trainee program. You will be always on the street doing charity. top telling lies about career opportunities. They do the fully commission based salary but say you get a minimum base salary
I first of all want to say this company has one of the best working environments I have ever been in, I have been with the company since it opened and has shown be nothing but progression great salary and learning how to develop my skills further I make more than enough money for the work I do I have just seen someone get promoted within 15 weeks of being here and now being assigned to a client. I get a base salary and so do all the people I work with so I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about. But I suppose with every great there is the odd bad. If anyone is to take any of these reviews seriously please look at mine. I love everyone I work with we spend so much time together and lift everyone up.
I have seen a lot of complaints about the company on here and I am not sure why. If you are not interested in doing any form of sales this is not the position for you but if sales don't bother you (which they obviously do not bother me), well then the company is great. Iv'e learned more here than I had in my administration role for the last three years prior to working here. I see a complaint above me that mentions everyone sleeping together and I am assuming that is because there are two managers who are married in the office. Never really looked down upon that myself but I think the grammar errors in the review I am talking about explains why exactly this specific person was truly unhappy with the company. I have made over 800$ every week with the company at a minimum and I am not even the best in the office. There is also a base pay which in many cases in NYC especially for my generation there is not and if there is, there is usually no room to make more. If you do not know how to carry yourself, speak and act professionally, and spell I could imagine not making money here. To add to that we work with one of the most amazing charities in the world, giving back while making money, personally is a positive for me. To summarize, yes sales are involved in the company, you need to be able to carry a conversation and hold yourself in a professional manner, and work with a team of people on a daily basis. I would advise those who do not know how to do those basic things to not come in at all.
This is really a job for people who want to work hard and get somewhere fast. The training and development I have got here has been so invaluable. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn sales and marketing and has the energy and stamina for the fast-paced environment.
I work for Haymex full time there is a really large steady team that work here; I get along with them all and they are there to support me everyday in anything i need or ask for.
The level of training is really high I wasn't very good at sales but learnt to make great money within days even though I get a base pay the commission on top is really motivating- I am never bored.
I have taken on a lot of responsibility and I am fresh out of school at NYU so this really helped me build my confidence in marketing.
This office lie about pay structure. These people are immagints and work me very hard for low pay. Everyone sleep together and even the higher ups. I had to leave due to the unprofessionalism ive seen when these guys carry themselves. Very disappointed I work there and the worst part is they make Wall Street look like s**t. They make us travel far places and the reps barely make any money. The reps lie about their pay and lie about the whole company. If and one goes on a interview there I will highly recommend going to McDonald's interview first.
I am applying for jobs and I do gigs to gain some money since I live on my savings for now. This company is a waste of time they said in an email the would interview me for this position which was related to HR. and when Iwent there it was about sales! I was completely dispointed and outraged. I have had the same experience before with a company that does the same thing. they say they are interviewing you for a position and then they scam you with a different job. and guess what! it's field job where you go out in the field to do some sales and this is how you get paid. if you don't sell anything then you get paid nothing. and it takes 25 to 45 weeks for you to get to the second position. imagin, 25- 45 weeks with no hourly payment. and this takes 21 hours of your day. They are a fraud they lie to people and mislead them with wrong positions title just to get them come for the interviews.
Completly frustrating and a waist of time. If I have the money I would sue them, Because I had to come while I was sick for I believed it's the job worth me getting up and go for the interview. They wasted my money, my time and made me lose a gig that was going to make me get paid $100.

Great opportunity for those not entitled.
