This company talks a good game over the phone. Unfortunately that is all they are good at - ALL TALK - NO ACTION. Complete failure to achieve any of the stated objectives as laid out in the contract. A contract that both parties signed and agreed to including costs, dates, periodic time lines... utter failure. This in itself is bad enough. However, failure to return funds and blaming the failure on my company proved to me I was dealing with a guy way over his head (Timothy Brownfield). You can not trust him. You can not depend on him and his verbal and written promises mean nothing. He has no discipline, no business acumen, completely fails at achieving any objectives and then makes excuse after excuse for his failures.
I can see I am not the only one that has complained about him on line. He appears as though he has a lot of issues with a lot of people. I believe he is the problem due to his complete lack of communication skills and total disregard for others time lines and objectives.
He should have said "I can't do it on time" when he knew he would fail. Nope! Not this guy. He can not handle rejection. He will not provide a refund or compensation for his failures and all other should know this before entering into any type of agreement with him.
