Pretty much the exact same story as John W with the West Texas Contract on the BBB website concerning Mr. Harry with Hawkeye Geosensing Ltd, and other complaints> Harry James Ptrick, Calgary Canada was contracted to do a small imaging study for us in Kansas on September 24th 2019 on Job Order #434. Harry said it would take 2-3 weeks and that we needed to pay 1/2 of the $8,000 program for a deposit and then the rest once the study was completed. To this date, December 23rd 2019, we have seen nothing and told it was coming sooner than later. Again, nothing. I've requested the job be cancelled and the $4,000 deposit returned.....agina and again, nothing. We got the same statement "I always deliver my product". This issue is a matter of trust, even if he produced the needed study, none of my investors would trust his work. I'm in agreement with al the other complaints; Harry James Patrick and his Hawkeye Geosensing group are frauds. Harry has never once offered up a reason for delays and un-delivered product. I see I am not the only victim of empty promises and outright lies by Harry Patrick. I had used him before with good results but the last attempt has been a total disaster. I am a geologist and have conducted numerous micro-seepage and radiometric studies in portions of West Texas. I wanted to determine if Harry's work correlated with my own so I convinced a JV partner to invest in a blind test to see if they were similar. Harry and I corresponded both by phone (mostly texts) and email and he sent numerous examples of his work in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. We contracted Hawkeye to do a study over a specific area and 3/4 of the fee was wired to Hawkeye's account. We were told he would order the satellite data and get started right away.
That was a year ago and repeated correspondence with Harry and endless excuses and promises have resulted in zero progress. I have copies of text messages and emails as proof of this ordeal if anyone has any doubts of his methods. I'm not sure of his motivation, but very sure of the history and deception. I have no problem with his work but a big problem with his efforts. If you contract him to do any work, do not send money ... buy the data and have it sent to him and pay him only after you have received your report. Is this fraud or a scam? Not sure, but don't find out the expensive way.
I was solicited by harry patrick of hawkey geosensing back in 2016 and after 7 or so emails and finally after mr. Patrick contacted me through linkedin i responded in november of 2016 with a request for a survey of our oil leases, i then was alerted by outscam that mr. Patrick ripped off an earlier client from 2013. I called him on it and mr. Patrick explained that he had one disgruntled customer in his "20 years of business" that he was protesting the report and convinced me to go ahead with my order, which i did a few days later for satillite mapping and interpretation by mr. Patrick to be delivered in 30 days.
It has now been over six months and after many many attempts via telephone, email and text, mr. Patrick has never returned a call since he cashed our check! before then, it was daily communication.
We are now pursuing the claim through the courts and police as this fraud must be stoped.
