In Fact: I had to call them up to even get any kind of potential assistance and I can see Why They Are Such A Terrible, Untrustworthy Company! When I called them up on the phone, this Very Rude a*****e Named Mr. Rick Komori, Customer Care Specialist ([email protected]) was beyond Unhelpful, Non-Caring, nor Concerned!
He did Not Care About My Mother's Needs or Concerns at all! He only Cared about where and when she bought the product even though my letter was very detailed in its' Full Entirety. He Not Only Refused To Replace The Expired Boxes Of Chocolate, but the Loser Also Refused To Allow Me To Return The Unopened Boxes Of Chocolate Back To His Company's Headquarters First For An Even Exchange LIKE Most Normal Companies Would Do! This Creep Who Started Working For The Hawaiian Post Inc. Back In October Of 2020 Acted Like He Owned The Company and does Not Deserve To Be Representing Such A Company Since His Job Is Supposed To Be In Customer Service, Rather Than In Customer Abusive Service!
