I did a "request for quote" on their website on 06/22/22. On 06/28/22, Toby Mannella (the owner) called to say he was going to be on a trip but his "best technician" would meet with me. He said there's a $65 charge for the initial consultation but it would be applied to the cost of the job if I used them.
I thought that was okay because I expected to hire them based on the reviews I had read. Zac and another worker showed up on 07/05/22 and I explained what I wanted done. He said he'd draw up a quote for me and charged me the $65 PLUS another $95 for one hour of labor -
even though the one hour was discussing what needed to be done. Before they left, he told me that I should have a quote by the weekend, but if I don't get the quote, remind him because they're very busy. I never received a quote.
I sent emails on 07/19/22, 07/21/22, and 07/23/22 asking for the quote and never got any type of response. I called them on 07/25/22 and left a message asking for a refund. This resulted in Toby calling to tell me he'd personally send me a quote by the end of the day. Nothing came.
On 8/3/22, I left a message to please call me. No one called. I called again on 08/05/22 and Toby responded by saying he would send me a refund check because this was taking too long. Nothing came.
I called again on 08/12/22 and left a message to call me. No one called and I finally gave up trying to get in touch with them. If you want to avoid frustration and aggravation, do yourself a favor avoid this company!
