This place is a joke. They are unprofessional, and incompetent. They don't remember anything that was discussed over the phone, and when you email over your information and spell it out in plain English, they still screw it up. How hard is it to read and understand that "previous address" means not there anymore. They were told several times where to go to serve the client, but instead went to locations that were clearly marked as "previous" and were only to try and get a forwarding address from the post office. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you need a process server. Not only are they stupid, but rude also, what a great combination.
