Shopping on HauteLook looked good until in a very "unnordstrom's like" manor they decided not to honor a third party coupon - They were so very pleased to take my $200++ dollars have me be placed on hold- with a recording advising me I was "number three" in the order of calls or I could leave my number..... No help there so I did a "chat" on the site and advised them of the site That TOKE ME DIRECTLY to the HAUTELOOK SITE AND OFFERED $20 after you signed up for their daily emails...... Well we all know the drill. I then proceed to shop! Everything was in my "cart" and I was a happy clam until the chat agent basically said "sorry that's not our site" "I said yes but, it takes me directly to your site and I feel like "someone" at Nordstrom's should know about this. Well so after another half hour of chat- she basically told me it was my tough luck in so many words- I asked for a supervisor again she informed me "they have no supervisor in the chat department "Again after some adamant insisting I was told someone from "escalation" would return my call.....another day past two more Facebook massages later I received a call from a woman named Schera Lopez (who also could careless) I felt like at the very least someone should be looking out for us as Nordstrom customers but, I guess since they are profiting off this little trap she offered me a refund --- in five days even if my order was never shipped so BUYER BEWARE!!
DO NOT SHOP AT HAUTELOOK !! They no longer offer the customer service of the Nordstrom's of days gone bye.
Who knows maybe I'll get a call from Terry Boyle regarding this customer service nightmare!!!
