Our little league team purchased hatz from hatz Up the hats were supposed to be ready by February 16th however we are just getting the hats on March 9. We asked Frank Davis for a refund initially he promised to refund people their money's then he reneged. Please do not purchase from this man anyone that can rip off a little league team has no morals at all!
