I spoke to darlene in customer service and she advised me i was being charged a 50 dollar fee for my payment not clearing. I called to find out why they were charging me 78 dollars extra. After speaking to jeff,justin,nd michelle they advised me i was 100% wrong and that darlene did not tell me that. I asked to hear the recording and they refused. They advised me they could not lie because the call was being recorded. I know i was told they were charging me an insufficient funds fee. However according to michelle,that is not what she said...Sure,everyone was telling me i was lying before i even made it to the supervisor. Jeff's exact words were 'i'm sorry,you must of heard things wrong. He hadn't even pulled the call and was already telling me i was wrong.Horrible company,that lies and steals your money.
Hi i am sending a report of being ripoff by the company harvest moon and that i have tried to contact them and ghey have way to get intouch with a human beining and the time says they open up at 700 and there is no ansewr the phone number goes to a busy signal and the other number the mail box is full and i have been getting rip off for 291.00 was my payback and that was 4 months ago they are still pulling money out of my account in the amount of 92.76 every two weeks they have been puling pay out my accounts i was able to talk to some one for the installment payments was not able tp talk to someone about the account being paid in full and why are they still pulling from my account so i called my bank for them to invesgate them and see if thry are a rel comapny.
This place is a scam they are scamming people and getting by with it. They called me and said I was aproved for a $250 loan and I have made over 8 payments to them which has been over $1000 and when I call the two women on their direct ext they will not return my calls k have called both women over y times and still nothing. I have went to my bank and talked to them about it and they have even called and did not get a response.
Hi, I contacted harvest moon loans quite awhile ago to get a loan. I was able to get a loan I am still paying it off. I have tried contacting them via email and haven't received any feedback. Iveven done the same via phone, I've tried looking up my in formation to see how much I owe and can't find anything. Not sure what else my options are? Thank you
