This is a fake company purporting to sell email lists. they dont answer phones or emails unless they are trying to get a payment. the lists delivered are weeks late and completely worthless with 90% bounce rate (old or completely made up emails). stay far away from them
We purchased a list that was supposed to be customers of a specific company. When they showed me a sample all 20 names checked out. But when I got the fill list it is complete garbage. The organizations in the list aren't even in the right category of types of organizations. Almost none of the names I spot-checked are actually customers of the target company.
Worst of all they won't reply to my emails, calls or attempts to reconcile the file. Essentially it appears as though thye completely ripped me off and now won't even respond to me. Unbeleivable.
Harvest Business Contacts ripped us off for 1500.00 We ordered a business list with specific criteria and geography. We mailed a check because they would not accept a credit card for under ten-thousand dollars. Per their own agreement, we were to receive the list within 24 hours.
I had to call for two weeks as to where the list was. Once we finally received the list it was not the criteria we ordered or the correct geography. I tried numerous times to reach Kevin Roach through emails and phone calls.
Their agreement states we have 90 days to receive our money back if we are not satisfied. I have called requesting our money back and have not received a reply.
Beware of this Scamsters.. I got an email unsolicted email from an unknown email address and which i replied and I received an email from another person stating his name is Eric Nixon and we wanted to procure a list of Eagle Soft Users Lists.
In which Eric replied he had a list of 3500 contacts being used and he was too courteous over the call and we extended our criteris for further other users lists and he gave lists of other with a total contacts of 19680 contacts and he charges me of $4300 and which we agreed to wire the money and they told that they would send the lists within a day or two and afterwhich we called several times after a week of several calls and emails we received a JUNK contacts which is not even any where nearer to what we requested.
Multiple calls leaded to their voicemails and being a highly reputed company of ours which indeed asked to request a bank to refund but the bank said this money where already wired to INDIA to an account.
Which led us to a very unhappy situation and forced us to take a legal action and inspite of several mails and calls there is no response from none of this employees and we had to check back with bank and see where did this money lead to and whom it gave us a report of an address in Bangalore but due to security issues the bank refused to share the Names.
We would fight legally to wherever this chunks of people are to get out money back.
@ERIC I am sure you would read and have a courteous to reply to our mails.
And then silence??? No messages telling me what to expect or how you are looking into the challenges??? Please respond. I'm sure you can understand that your silence only aggravates a situation I hope concludes meeting the positive expectations ERIC lead me to believe I could count on.
