These individuals and their companies are involved in the college admissions cheating scam called "Varsity Blues" with William "Rick" Singer; however, they have not been indicted. Harry (Murtaza) Hedaya/Hidayatallah and Carrie Hedaya/Hidayatallah have known William "Rick" Singer since the 1990's in California. They have intimate details and knowledge of the Varsity Blues college cheating scandal from it's inception and Harry assisted in fine-tuning the "business plan" for the "Varsity Blues" college cheating scandal with Rick Singer.
Harry Hedaya and William "Rick" Singer both worked in the finance industry and Carrie was also personal friends with Rick Singer. They have used their companies to make fraudulent payments aka "donations" to William "Rick" Singers businesses. In addition to "donations" they also offered prospective work opportunities within the college admissions scam; therefore, one can summise they are complicit in fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, deceitful business practices, theft, and other crimes.
According to public record and first-hand testimony, Harry Hedaya often declared himself a foreign business entity, yet was married to an American, and he attended college in the United States. Harry took advantage of business and tax laws in America with the purpose of defrauding the U.S. government.
Their usual business procedure violates government laws for employees, such as multiple violations of the A.D.A. (Americans With Disabilities Act), enforcing excessive work hours for hourly and salary employees, perceived illegal "commission/draws" financial plan for employees, and they are accused of participating in human trafficking and torture. The allegations of human trafficking are indeed plausible with Harry Hedaya having a pilot license for decades, a private jet, owns executive business suites, and leases ("empty") corporate apartments.
Both Harry Hedaya/ Hidayatallah and Carrie Hedaya/ Carrie Charles are highly-skilled hypnotists, are Neuro-Linguistic Programmers, and can alter/modify the memory/behavior process with advanced hypnosis . According to Carrie's website she is a "Master" NLP Practicioner. Using conversational hypnosis, post-hypnotic suggestions, & neuro-linguistic programming, it is possible for someone to be manipulated into participating in business decisions with them such as mortgages and debt consolidation, and not truly want to participate in their companies!
I am a previous employee for both Harry and Carrie and have witnessed numerous business behaviors that in my opinion appear to be unlawful, fraudulent, and should be examined closely by the United States government. I have first-hand knowledge pertaining to their business partners and financial transactions that also appear to be illegal. Both of these individuals have a very large network of business associates and friends and are connected on a global scale.
Despite leaving this post anonymously, I may be risking my life and liberty by posting this complaint as they can deduce who I am; however, hardworking people need to know the truth about where they spend their money and time at work. I declare that I am sane, sober, of sound mind, and am not suicidal, in event something happens to me for leaving this truthful report regarding their businesses and activities.
