Prices looked good, but could never find a shipping charge. Called the number on their site and no answer after 10 rings.
Sounds like a dishonest company that won't be around long, so RUN THE OTHER WAY!
Ordered on line a small item due to price, shipping made up the difference so no value. After over two weeks of waiting for product I sent numerous emails, no response so I called. Again like others before me, put on hold forever so I hung up. This is definitely not a good company and I guess before you buy from online, check them out.
Hardware online store advertises great price deals. When you get to the shipping, it turns out exorbitant shipping costs make it not a deal after all. I did order a wire compost bin from them, with shipping it cost about what I could have bought it for. Says it should arrive in 3 - 9 days. At two weeks, I got a notice saying it was shipped. But tracking number shows "pre-shipment" that they had notified USPS to expect package, but package not received there. Five days later same thing. Emailed the support department at the company. Three days later no response. Called the company and (after of course putting me on hold for a long time) they said they will look into it. I'm now three weeks from order date and that's where I am - waiting to see if the company will in fact "look into it." See other reports here and don't waste your time with this company!

I ordered product --kindly got a reply next day order is confirmed--paid for 3-9 day shipping--never got product or never received any email--I sent 3 with no response --finally I called after 30 days with nothing and after being on hold for 15 mins, I was told not sure what happened--asked me for my credit card again, which made me feel uncomfortable---they said to give me a credit?? no product I guess, just credit---that being said I asked for them tomail check--we will see---excuse was email issues--come on---no such thing this day and age--for a month or even a week---maybe 4 hours----wouldnt trust it
I was attracted to the great pricing for the product I had done an online search for. They had it priced at about a third less than the cost of other hardware stores. Since this was online, I wanted to know the shipping cost. The only way to find out was to register and give them my email address, physical address, phone, etc. After doing that, I was finally able to see the shipping cost. $22.00 for 3 rolls of tape!! More than 100% of the cost of the tape alone. I called them up to see if they could do anything to discount the shipping or get free shipping with a miniumum order amount. After a long hold, I was told no. I then asked them to delete my registration information from their database. They told me they couldn't do that. Stay away unless you like paying sky high shipping costs that wipe out any good pricing that you find.
NO product, complained...special order...NOT. Will fight with my credit card company. They gave bogus "warehouse" phone number and now will not answer my calls...BOGUS!!!
They suck. Period. Their phone is disconnected and my experience has been the same as everyone else’s on this site. I hate them and I opened up a fraud case against them and disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back. They can go to the devil and rot.
I recently ordered from hardware online store a pit boss pb820 bbq grill,according to advertisement on the internet
with matching pictures for the pb820 on their website.
When I received my order they sent me model 440d which is half the size.
I sent them a e mail soon as I received the product to let them know ,but no response from them.
According to other complaints from people this is common practice with them.
I am starting a chargeback process.

Placed order for a Roundup sprayer which website indicated was in stock. They charged my credit card same day ordered.(01/11/20). Product never came and they are not replying to emails or answering phone. SCAM!! Do not use.
Never did get my order, a microwave plate. I am going to open a fraud case against them. Stay away.
Would give ZERO STARS if possible. This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had! Never again for HOS, which should be re-named POS (piece of s***). Bought 24 insulated cups and paid over $14 for 3-9 biz days shipping. After 10 days, wrote to ask status. No response. Cups arrived 2 days later in damaged and heavily taped box. 6 of 24 unusable. Wrote them and sent pics of damaged box and cups. No response. Horrible customer service! Avoid them like the plague they are.
