After talking to Gary Gruenberg, I purchased 200-1oz silver coins and 15-1oz gold coins with a check that cleared 5/7/2019 from HardBulllion.com (AKA AMG Financial Group). The total value of the purchase was $23,373.56. I received the box on 5/21 and it was badly damaged. There was tape on it that read "received in damaged condition" from USPS. It was appearent that the contents were not packaged well as there was 3 small pieces of plastic packing inside. The package contained all the silver coins and 6 of the gold coins which leaves the order 9-1oz gold coins short. The shortage totals $11,864.57. I called HardBullion several times but they would never answer. I then started e-mailing them and it was apparent early on that they were not going to help. I took all the contents to the Post Office because there was insurance. Come to find out, there was only $2000 of insurance on the $23,373.56 package. The Post Master weighed the entire shipment and got 15 pounds 9 ounce. She then looked at the original shipping weight and it was 15 pounds 9 ounces. It is very obvious that the 9 shorted coins were never shipped.
Gary Gruenberg, CEO of ANG Financial Group operating HardBullion.com shorted my gold coin order and refuses to make the situation right thus stealing more than $1,300.00 dollars.
On Feburary 21st 2019 I ordered 2 ounces of gold coins in 4 @ 1/2 ounce American Eagle coins. He shipped only 1 oz of gold in the form of a American Buffalo coin.
Now AMG Financial is refusing to make this situation right and will not respond to correspondance.
I urge you first not to allow AMG Financial Group any of your hard earned money, and if you have already been scammed by Gary Gruenberg, please report it to the Florida Attorney General for investigation.
