Needed service on my laptop so I googled companies in royal oak , harbor computers seemed to have good experience , after leaving many messages to what seemed like a cell phone I finally received a call back from someone who's personality was very dry and not very helpful I explained my problem to her and she said it would take a week . I asked for directions to drop off my computer she said she was happy to pick it up . It's been weeks with no phone call and I've tried calling and calling , finally I drove to the address listed and it turned out to be a po box I immediately went to the police were they tolde there is nothing they can do it's a civil matter . I have to get my computer back or get a call . How can people get away with this ? Never use this place ! They are thieves who answer cell phones and scam people from a p. o box
