I ordered a Snoopy gift bag set for $19.95 on April 8, 2017 and the company sent me an e-mail on April 12, 2017 saying that everything had shipped and to allow at least 21 days.
I contacted the company on June 9, 2017 to express my concerns that my order had not yet arrived. This was the response: "Thank you for your order! Your items have been shipped. It will take 14- 21 days from order to delivery. Please let us know if you have any other questions.Thank you and have a good day, Sara Happy Puppin"
I contacted them again to let them know that it had been well over 21 days. I got this response:
"Hello,Thank you for your order. I looked up your order and it looks like there was an issue with delivery. Please call your local post office. Thank you, Sara Happy Puppin"
This was accompanied by a screenshot of a different order/tracking number that went to another state! I am in Washington State. The screens shot was for an order out of Des Moines IA!
I believe this company to appear to be a place that helps animals but in reality is a front for cheap Chinese merchandise. In any case, their customer service is non-existant and they obviously do not care if you get what you pay for. I have since contacted them to tell them that I never received what I paid for, that the information they supplies was wrong, and that I would make it my mission to tell everyone what a ripoff their company is.
I live in Leadore, ID. I called my Post Office and gave them the tracking number. She said my package was delivered in Pearland, Texas. I have contacted the company 4 times and all I can get is the package was delivered. Don't even try to call the listed number. It is all a joke. I am just trying to save someone else the time and the money from this company. It is a ripoff...don't even go there.
I also ordered a wallet and dog bed for Christmas. Got concerned that I had not received the product. Tried calling several times and only get a recorded message. I did leave messages but never received a call back. Sent an email and also no response.
I was anxious as the products were to make great gifts....... Customers Beware!!!!!
I ordered on valentines day a pillow and a phone case. When i send a mail about the status of my order i receive this mail :

I ordered a fleece blanket, I received an emailed receipt just a few days ago stating that my order was delivered! The receipt they sent was not for my order, I have emailed them 3 times now all of which went unanswered. The phone number is always busy. This site is truly a freaking crook!!!
Ordered a blanket on September 17th, 2018 and as of November 26th, I have still not received it. Called the number on the website 3 times, and of course no agents were available, so I left messages each time. That was over 3 weeks ago and still no response. When I went to the website they also said they don't have any email address that match mine but I am constantly getting emails from them to buy more stuff.
Extremely disappointed, I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
Ordered two pillow covers, when I received the order, one was correct, the other was not what I ordered, contacted them never heard back, needed the correct cover as a gift so I ordered it again, I have now contacted them 5 times and still have not received my credit for their mistake!!!!! or even a response from them!!!

I ordered 2 light up toy dogs,on Nov 15,2017,after 5 weeks of e mails and phone calls,never got a response.I contacted paypal for a refund,and found they have several cases opened agaist them.
Ordered on December 8, my order shows processed, but not shipped, no tracking provided and they will not answer the phone. Do not order from this company!
