There are alot of companies selling masks due to COVID-19. Choose another provider. The poor Customer Service, strange mask sizing and nothing special quality of the masks along with the steep price make Happy Masks a poor choice.
It took three weeks for the masks to arrive because the seller putting the wrong address on the package. As I followed up I was asked repeatedly to "Just wait". When the package didn't move in the USPS system. I contacted USPS and the package had never even made it to my local PO. Happy Mask never made any attempt to try to find out what happened to the package. Or to check if it was the correct shipping address. I was rudely told "It's Out of My Hands!" Any follow up on shipping issues were done by me, the Customer.
2 weeks into the process Happy Mask replaced the masks and I paid for UPS shipping. 6 days later no package had arrived from Happy Mask through UPS. I contacted Happy Mask by email and insisted on my money back. I was called at my home at 9 pm and was hung up on by the Customer Service Rep because I insisted on my money back. I had now paid double shipping with both USPS and UPS for having recevied no product.
My money was refunded, with a stink and and attitude! Entitlement reigns at Happymasks.co.
Eventually both shipments showed up. USPS took 3 weeks within California. And UPS took 8 days. Happy Masks never took responsibility for sending the packages with the wrong address.
Return of the packages were done. The follow-up by Happy Mask for the return of the masks was persistent. Too bad the same care wasn't given to getting the product delivered to the Customer in the first place.
Lots of other mask companies to purchase from!! What do you get from this company? In my opinion, a mask that is too expensive for the quality, serious shipping problems and Customer Service with an attitude of it's all the Customer's problem.
