I first met Hans Raj Arora in 2014 September through Santosh Banerjee (Mobile 99903 58000) who owns a small consultancy MSK Fingen Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (http//www.mskfingen.co.in).
On 14th June 2017, Hans Raj called me to ask for 2.5 lakhs for 7 days to meet his emergency at home. Infact, he kept calling me throughout the day and the next day I transfered 2 lakhs to his account via RTGS from Malviya Nagar Delhi branch.
I never wanted to do any business with him and gave him the money from Provident Fund savings based on compassion. I transferred a total of 2.46 lakhs INR to him and since then he has not paid this back even after 3+ years. I have come to know of his similar dealings with others and also he has a similar case in Saket District court.
Kindly beware of this person. He claims to raise funds/financing for various sectors. He has cheated another promoter (Patel Engg) who was introduced by me to him. He charged them upfront fee and did not deliver anything.
FIR has been filed in Gurugram police station against him in March 2020 but till date police hasnot acted upon it.
