Installation appointment was set up approximate 5 days in advance. Company was a no show for the appointment. Appointment rescheduled for 2 days later. Company once again was going to be a no show (I called ahead to confirm and they had no one to do the installation) so that is 2 no shows in a row. They did not bother to let me know. They send a ton of text messages telling you the appointment is scheduled but don't bother to tell you that is not going to happen. I wasted a week trying to get an installation on a bed. Will now have to return the bed and buy elsewhere. I was given Handy.com for installation by Wayfair -- beware if you use Wayfair for your installation.
I booked a cleaning for today 8-24. The cleaner no showed at 2:25 I called to see if he was last. (cell was provided) No answer. I wrote them and they said he was here and teted me. I have no cell phone listed on my account. They claimed he waited 1/2 hour. I called 15 minutes into booking. They have offered me 50% refund. This isn't right.
Do not use Handy.com, the company is decietful and they don't pay there workers enough money.
They will charge you for no reason and tell you that is how it is. I had spoken to a sales rep about cleaning service, she told me if I sign up to a 3 month package, my first cleaning will be $42, I finally get a booking and they charge me $66, I don't email them and ask them why, they say that is your discount. I explaing to them what the sales rep said and they said there is nothing they can do.
I asked them to remove my account and all they did was email me there privacy policy.
Ths company is shady and does not care about its customers or emploies.
I never have to wirte a for any company but i couldn't help but to write one for handy! handy cleaing company is the worst company that i have ever worked for! this company not only take more than 40% of the clients pay to the tasker Cleaner) but also time in and time off they take money from your earning!
Working for this company was the worst mistake of my life! even after asking to be removed from being a tasker on thier website 4x my account was being charged for $50 each time and they told me they can only put my account on pasue so i had to change my credit card.
I feel so bad for the individuals who continue to work with them out of disperation and its so sad so many customers use this company to get a cleaning service! according talking to my previous clients, the clients have no idea how little the tasker Cleaner) gets paid & how much hand keeps to themselves.
It is totally wrong & so sad that a company like this still exists! they are so greedy and don't care about thier taskers at all! they do nothing to solve any issue rather charge your account termedously! i have never worked for a company like this before and i will never plan to work for one either!

DONT WORK FOR HANDY.COM APP, THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET. If you have a problem you might as well forget about getting in contact with handy pro help... they have no phone what so ever . you will not find a phone number for them. it takes hours for them to respond to the simplest of problems through email only and the customer service are complete morons. they will hit you with fee, after fee, for no reason at all most the time, and don't think your going to argue for it even if your in the right, they don't care. they will claim its automated and they have no control. but i have argued a few time and got it changed after 4000 emails literally. you wont work but twice a week and will probably lose half your money in ridiculous fees if you work for handy, these people dont realize that they only make money if the providers are working. and dont care if they lose they whole company. they are the stupidest people alive. app doesnt even work half the time. there are features on the app that has never worked in 6 months even after being informed over and over. they couldnt care less. it like they are just a front company cause they dont run like they want to stick around.
