I purchased the HammerX/driver. Tried to return AFTER ONE DAY, CALL THE 800 NUMBER, I CALLED ABOUT 7 TIMES with no phone call reply for them, I then called my credit card company and asked for their assistance. I was told to return the club with an sales address they gave me, no RA number.
I sent them the tracking number with Fed-Ex and she told me now I wait. DO NOT PURCHASHE FROM THEM. IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN. I'm waiting to see what happens now.
I bought the Hammer-X golf club from an infomercial on the Golf Channel. The ad claimed anyone could get an extra 40 yards on their drive and a 20% faster club head speed for just $99.00. They even have Jack Ham saying he's hitting over 400 yards with this club. When you call you get a person that reveals you need some upgrades to achieve that claim. Now I'm up to $147.00 so my current drive of 260 yards with an R-5 by Taylor Made is now going to be at least 300 yards or better, right.
I got the club in 2 weeks and went to the driving range. I took out the instructions to follow Jack Ham's swing tip's. I hit 200 yards at best. I had 4 other guys that were there to try it and all agreed this club was a joke. So two days later after calling 3 of their phone numbers without nobody answering, I called my credit card company for a refund and waited for their response.
They responded in scribbled hand writing: "No Credit due. Customer still has product. Customer never called customer care to get RA number to return. Customer has product - no return - reverse this NOW!!
Their sloppy writing and panic stricken wording along with bad phone #'s and lying about not receiving refund requests, confirmed they were guilty of Infomercial Scamming. I'm not the only one complaining about this product. DO NOT BUY from this company ... they are dishonest and their products are garbage.
