this con artist troll the internet looking for people needing funding for thier projects.
Once he finds them he promises funding for a fee. you pay the fee .. then he will tell you ..you dont qualify.
oldest scam and con game in the world.
He will direct you to a web site but will not divulge any people in the "firm" as he calls it.
Beware of these con jobs!
