I bought a wood processor from them and it would not operate properly. I made a call to them and their solution was for me to give them a cc number and charge me another($550) for a wiring harness . Keep in mind I had just spent $11,082.00 for the machine. They said then we could tell if it was my machine (which had just been purchased with 0 hours on it) or theirs.
So after spending several hours trying to make the repairs with no offer of a wiring diagram from them so sent it out to be repaired it was picked up repaired and returned for $781.29 I thought was reasonable seeing as their harness was $550 just for harness then had to be installed by me with no offer to pay me to do that either. They send a wiring diagram by machine manufacturer and that was followed and it did not operate.
I got the machine back and operated very well, so I made a call and spoke with Tom Halverson (who I assume is an owner via the name) he proceeded to tell me that price to repair was exorbitant and said the best he could do was to pay half, which was in December and I have never received a dime from them . So be warned if you but their product be prepared to spend more money to get it operating because their diagrams are not correct and the customer support is poor at best. I do like the product but support has a lot to be desired.
