We purchased flooring. We were sold on the fact that this was bullet proof. The floor is chipping in multiple areas as well as coming apart and scratched through the entire house. Went we filed a complaint, they sent a third party out . He looked at the floor on his hands and knees with a magnifying glass and took picture of where the sun is located etc.
Feeling like I was being dragged through the ringer on flooring I had purchased. He was at my house over 2 hours ( besides bragging about himself the whole time). So over a year later and multiple emails (since we did not ever hear a word back) we get an email saying " Claim denied" This is the worst most misrepresemted flooring!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Baically they tell you you are on your own. You need to wash your flooring (which we do 2x's a week). You need to wash the feet on your chairs as well. You need to quality controll EACH piece to see if there is any damage. I am assuming under a microscope?
This was their response
The manufacturer states:
• Carefully inspect each plank for visual defects prior to installation. Do not install damaged planks
These are site and installation issues and are not covered under the warranty and the claim is denied.
