A month ago I purchased an annual subscription to using Hallmark ecards for $18/year 10 days ago I sent my wife a card I was charged 3.99 for sendng nag it It was never received. I was also put into a movie club called Feeln. I called them 3 times so far in 5 days. I gave them my info, account number, details, and requested a call back and for the charges to be removed. I also am alarmed that they had my credit card number to use at their discretion. I think of them as the Wells Fargo of Ecards, creating customers charges at their discretion. My suggestion is not to use them. Their trade name is not what it once was.
Today I noticed on my credit card statement HALLMARK ECARDS charged $18.00. I am thinking what?? I remember using this online greeting card service a few years back but certainly have not used it in a very long time.
Luckily I keep a password book and I was able to get into my account.

WELL! Just because I paid for 1 year and it was due to expire June 17, 2014 - that did not mean that they would stop the AUTO BILL. Turns out I have been paying $12.00 annually for this service and --- gues what?-- they have increased the yearly subscription in 2018 to $18! They have kept my credit card information all of this time and have charged me annually!
I had to go into my account and look for a button - ***Cancel Auto-Bill**** I clicked that and now my Subscription details:
Expiration Date: June 19, 2019
Auto-Bill: No
Looks like I was successfully able to turn off the Auto Bill.
I wanted to file this report to notify other Hallmark eCards subscribers - don't forget to login to your account and Cancel Auto-Bill - or you will indefinitely be charged!! I feel this is a dishonest tactic and this company is likely making a lot of money off people who do not know to go in and cancel auto bill on their account.
