We originally contacted Hall Financial in January 2017. We spoke with Doug and he ran all of our information, due to some filing issues we had to get done we had to get it done. We also explained what we were trying to do (the whole thing) it took a couple hours to make sure Doug knew exactly what we were looking to do. We had several thousand dollars that we had to work with. We needed directions from Doug to figure out where and what to do. After 4 months of weeks of emails and phone calls Doug hands us off to someone because "we needed someone who had more time for us and could give us the customer service we deserved". Doug would take days and sometimes weeks to get back to us prior to this so we were happy that we would have someone that would be better at getting back to us. When he transferred us to the new person he did not give her any of the documents, any of the information, or anything else. Once she got the documents and information we are told that they can't help us. So after four months of running around doing everything Doug needed us to do, so wasting time and money. We needed our house sold, refinanced or us moved out by June 1, but we weren't told until May 2 that they can't help even though they told us for months they could. They had all the information, they had credit scores, they had everything from the beginning and pulled my husband's credit every 60 days to make sure we were on base. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
