All Halls Motorsports had to do was to change a simple front tire. When I got to their shop to pick up my Bike Saturday the ticket was more than what they had quoted me. I paid it, left & then passed a Policeman on the way home. When I looked down to check my speed I realized the Speedometer was not working. I called them & told them that it was not working. They transferred me from person to person until they eventually hung up on me. The same thing hapenned every time that I called back.
I filed a negative review on Google & Monday 7/17/2017 Halls Manager Paul Gray called me back about it. I thought he was going to apologize for the way his employees had treated one of his customers & fix the problem. After he mentioned for the 2nd time that Halls was not responsible for my broken Speedometer Cable I realized that they had not just simply failed to reconnect it when they changed the Tire but that THEY HAD BROKEN IT & HAD SENT ME HOME WITH IT IT LIKE THAT.
I called him out on them breaking it & his first response back to me was to smuggly tell me that I signed a Halls invoice & that without knowing it - it stated that they were not responsible for anything that may happen to my Motorcycle while in their care. Im not joking: He said Cables tear up all the time & he was not responsible for repairing my Bike! I told him it came in working & now it was not. He got adamant & said: Sue him - They were not responsible for it & told me not to bring it back to them!
I told Paul I was going to make sure people knew how they had treated me & that they had sent me home without telling me they had damaged my Bike. Paul told me to go right ahead. He said: I can create a 100 Positive reviews for every negative one people put up. Right after saying that - he hung up on me! I have contacted several Consumer Protection Agencies.
