Hague Partners Reviews
Several months ago we interviewed a young man by the name of David from Hague Partners Real Estate in regards to selling our home in 72 hours as their TV advertisement states.
The sales pitch sounded great. Very much like Apple markets their i-phones was very much the same way Hague Partners was going to market my home. After several weeks of upfront marketing my home Hague Partners was going to "launch" my home to market on a weekend and we were going to view all offers on a Monday.
We decided to choose Hague Partners to sell our home. After several painful months of no activity to include a launch weekend (basically an open house) our home sat on the market waisting presious time and opportunity.
The co-listing agent, Teresa Harriot, was of no use. She'd only been to our home once and barely knows where our home is located. She never responded to our calls in a timely fashion.
After terminating our agreement with Hague Partners, we again reviewed the brochure left behind disclosing the steps Hague Partners was going to take to market our home. Only a few of the steps were actually taken. Most of the steps were never completed. The only place they marketed our home was on Zillow and their Multiple Listing Service.
We've since interviewed several real estate professionals with other companies. Each agent confirmed the list that Hague Partners provided concerning their marketing efforts can't be completed becasue the entities won't let you advertise. I:E, Realtor.com, Redfin.com, to name a few. Any real estate company can do what Hague Partners did. Advertise on the Multiple Listing Service and Zillow.
Their television commercial, Hague Partners TV Commercial, is very misleading and should be investigated by a state agency.
Thankfully we met a Professional Real Estate Broker from a reputable company who got the job done. Our agent went the extra mile and utilized skills lacking in our previous agent. Lesson learned.
