I received an e-mail that there was a one day sale with a 40% discount. I ordered online four pairs of pants at discounted price. One pair of pants had the wrong waist size. I both e-mailed customer service and telephoned within 5 minuted of placing the order to change the waist size on the one pair of pants. The telephone representative said he corrected the order. Several hours later I received an e-mail for customer service that they were canceling the order. I had not requested cancellation. I e-smile back to customer service not to interfere with the order. I again got a second notice that the order was cancelled. I replied again by e-mail not to do anything with the order. The next day I telephoned to check on the order. It had been cancelked and customer service refused to re-submit the order at the discounted price. We were on the telephone for about 40 minutes trying to explain that we did not cancel the order nor wanted the order cancelled. It would hsve simple to see that they had made a mistake and cancelled. The discounted price should have been honored. During the discussions, the customer service manager walked away and the representative did not know what to do. I shall never buy anything from Haggar again. They are rude, enethicsl and mismanaged!!
