I am writing this report to alert others who might have the same problem! I was an avid customer of HABAND as I am a retired senior and find their clothes cost effective and the pants fit perfectly with comfort! They sent me a credit card as I pay ontime and shop frequently! When it came time to go online, their program would not except my bank! After several attempts and being frustrated, I called them and getting nowhere, I told them to cancel my account because of being inconvienenced to much! I asked for a final billing and was home for 2 weeks! I had to leave town and that is when the bill came! When I returned from my trip I immediately got a money order for $79.00 (final bill) and sent it in! I was due to leave on another trip in a week and had done so! When I returned and went online, it showed there was a bill still! I called and told a cust rep. the monies had already been sent! I spend time with grandchildren spread out and travel alot! When I received another bill in the mail for more than what my final bill was, I immediately called and got nowhere again with a cust rep. No people skills what so ever! I hand typed a letter sent to the company & bank that they were taking advantage of me as a senior after purchasing many orders and because of my canceling my business, they were trying to get monies from me in late fees! I wrote again that my bill was paid in full and they had taking to long to send my last billing! Now they send me a letter back that they knocked some money off and I only owe $61.89. WOW!! this is LATE FEES and not for product! What a SCAM!
