H-Tech Reviews
As many described here this criminal seller promoted a great 50 cm Hulkbuster action figure, he posted videos and photos of it but sent a small chip useless imitation.
Like the others reporting a problem with this company, H-Tech (or H--Tech) advertised on Facebook for a replica Iron Man mask with a video showing the face shield opening and eyes lighting up. I paid the extra for the full features of automatic opening and light up eyes.
What I received is a plastic, thin Halloween mask. Worth less than $1. Not opening. Not automatic. Attempts to contact have failed, so I opened dispute with PayPal. Luckily, in 10 days, I will receive my refund.
Sites are well designed and look very official. They even mention "YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ITEM PICTURED HERE --- GUARANTEE!!". This is a scam. No one would post that unless they planned to scam you.
I ordered the infinity gauntlet and hulkbuster when it finally came in the mail it was all crammed in a small package. the glove is a halloween style glove, not the electronic sound making quality one. The glove also has a horrible chemical smell and caused a numb feeling on my arm.
The hulk buster is a small toy, something you would get in a happy meal. It is supposed to be controlled by your phone but the only technical thing it came with is a single red led in the chest. I found this website from an instagram ad and now i see it again under a different website,
Paid 42$ and some change for a full replica iron man mask and received a kids halloween mask you can get for 2$ at any party city store. The website is no longer active and i have no idea how to lodge a formal complaint to get my money back
I ordered 2 fully functional ironman replica masks. This model had eyes that light up and the front of the mask automatically opened. When i got my package it was small, the box was fairly crushed (no interior packing or protection) and all that was in it was two cheap small plastic masks. I immediately went to the company's web site and it has been taken down!
I wrote an email to the email address provided in my paypal transaction and just received an auto reply in Chinese that translated said something to the effect we will get back to you... I wrote an email describing the problem and have had no reply. I wil attempt to get a refund through paypal but it most lilkely will be a long process, plus I have the two useless kiddy masks that probably will need to be returned to get a refund.
One likes to be optomistic but this is a rip off. I just saw another complaint that was nearly word for word like my complaint. This company advertised on facebook, complete with a fantastic video. What the?
I ordered a fully functioning Iron Man mask that was supposed to light up and the fase mask was supposed to open. What I received was a plastic child's mask. I emailed the company as soon as I saw it and their website was already not working. A complete fraud!!!
Do not purchase from H-Tech.com, total internet scam. You will get ripped off! The seller uses Zhang Xueying as name, turns out this is the name of a Chinese actress. I received a used miniature version of what was supposed to be an automated 20inch robotic action figure. This seller's ad is on Instagram and FB.
I ordered a fully functional iron Man mask with lights. They sent me a plastic mask you would get from Walmart
Ordered an iron man replica helmet. I got a cheap kids mask. I have a screen shot of the item advertised and photos of the item I received. NOWHERE NEAR THE SAME! I see others have had the same problem. This item and others from the same company have been featured on Facebook, which is where I did my transaction and played for it through PayPal. I have contacted PayPal and am waiting for a reply.
I ordered a fully functional ironman replica mask. The eyes light up. Which i paid extra for and the front of the mask is mechanical. When i got my package it was small and all that was in it was two small plastic masks that you buy at walmart. Im so upset and i dont know what to do about getting my money back.
They were on Facebook advertising an iron man helmet with lighted eyes for 38.99 and what I received was a cheap iron man Halloween mask. T he company H-tech has never answered three emails I sent about this.they are ripping people off.
They advertised this incredible hulk buster from avengers age of ultron and I paid 50$ for it and I waited 24 days for it to show up and when it finally got here, it was a used kids hulk buster toy! It is definitely not what they discribed it to be! Nothing lit up on it and it was like 4inch tall and it was suppose to be like 17 inches tall! It was the complete opposite of what I was showed and expected!!
They were advertising a fishing drone. The Video they were using of the product was pirated from another company’s website. I bought one of them and all you get is a crap toy drone nothing like the video or drone stated on their website.
Paid $60 for an electronic Infinity gauntlet with glowing stones etc and received a crappy rubber glove with plastic stones stuck to it. Unsurprisingly, here’s no reply from customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
These ads for discounted Infinity Gauntlet replicas have flooded Facebook and Instagram. I purchased one with the sound option. There was no sound. It is a latex glove, not electronic with movable fingers as it is EXPLICITLY advertised.
These guys are flooding the net with ads for incredible looking Avengers products... Infinity Gauntlets, Iron Man helmets, etc. They advertise LED parts, sound effects, etc. I spend about $50 on an Infinity Gauntlet that would have magnetic light-up infinity stones, sound effects, fully articulated fingers... and they sent me a latex glove. Garbage. Thankfully PayPal is helping me get a full refund.
This company is in China even though the address on their website is listed as the UK. They used a Video pirated from another company to sell the product and then shipped a cheap substitute. After they sold a bunch of product they removed the item from their website and all advertising online. They claimed it was waterproof and even stated that on the invoice. Other claims were that it was a fishing drone and had a fishing line remote release and would carry up to 2 kg. None of that is even close to the truth. They even used the other companies drone photo on their invoice.
I ordered a HULKBUSTER action figure for the price of $39.89 on June 13, 2018. On June 14, 2018 I received an email that said My ordered was shipped and on its way with the order number copied as #8480 and that I could track the progress of My order with this tracking number LY309531273CN. Today, June 20, 2018 I click the tracking number and followed the link instructions, only to learn that they said there was no tracking order by that number. I attempted to contact the company with the email address givien from the website, only to learn that the web address doesn't exist. So I attempt to call the phone number that was listed and the same result was the outcome, it was not a legit working number. So with no real email contact or a legit contact phone number I find Myself here writing this piece. Everything is written in what I believe to be Mandarin (Chinese) so I can only get so far with tracking or attempted contact.
hich is another thing that raises a brow because the address is, or says rather, United Kingdom. Their fake emails are [email protected] & [email protected] and their website address is http://bit.ly/2HxAn3i.
