Hired GWB Coatings in December to pressure wash and paint outside of house. Was informed when job was complete to inspect outside. Paint job was satisfactory, and Gary was paid. The following day upon closer inspection inside rear porch I noticed a table had been pushed to another location and saw the screen was pushed out and torn behind it, also on 7 other panel there were rips and punctures.
I immediately called Gary to come and see the damage. He told me his foreman, Jorge had tripped and torn it, I also showed him the other damage. He advised me he would send Jorge back to replace the damaged panels. After a week Jorge returned and told me Gary was making him pay to do the repairs. Upon inspection after completimg the repair I told Jorge he had replaced the screen with the wrong color and he had used too small a spline.
They all came loose the following day. Gary returned the following day and told me to call a screen repair company and he would pay.
The repair was $356.00 which I paid and told him, he said he would send me a check, it’s been over a month and I’ve only gotten excuses but no payment. The cross he wears around his neck is only to impress his supposed honesty. Photos available on request
