They were undependable, lying and leading on to when they were going to show up after we gave them a deposit to preform the work taht needed to be done. When they finally came to replace our roof ( Six Weeks later ) We now have mulitple leaks only to have them not repair the leaks just to put rain diverters to divert the rain water else where. This was suppose to be a new roof service. We had no leaks prior to GURU's Replacement Service, hail damage was what they said we had. Vee the owner is very unproffesional, acting like a bully demanding monies owed for work which was not completed. Wormanship was horrible. We had addtional inspections done by liscenced roof inspectors to say they never saw such a bad installation, to include ripped shingels, damage from use of equipment and a low grade shingle in which we did not have before. This has been a disaster for us with leaks in many areas of our home.
Please check on all of their referals prior to doing any business with them. I certainly wish i did more investigating prior to giving them a deposit!
