That happened at least twice and maybe three times. The final straw was when he couldn't be reached for 3 weeks. Nada. Not a single reply in any medium. He owed me for 18 assignments; this was for traveling in 4 states and expending many hours on assignments for this man, John Burns. If you want to trust this sort of business to complete assignments for you after reading this, please don't expect everything to be above board.
