A formal complaint Fraude, and cyber crime bullies,these are natural scammers at Guranteed Apartment Approval Troy, Michigan but a natiowide cosigner and formally known as Maxium Consultant. We were legitmately moving into another place and was told to pay another hold deposit $1500.00 the first month rent and the service leasing fee in the amount $200.00 and $700.00 more to our past due balance. These people are deliberately rude and evil people they told us we had three days to move out the older apartment. When by law we tyically had 30 days to move out instead we saving money since they claimed we were being evicted. The landlord stated we wasn't and want me to be added to the lease agreement and to stop by the front office and to work out payment arrangement. She had stated how Maxium Consultant was always late delivery the rent to their office and rental apartment fee assocation.
Thes people can be ruthless even for the $200.00 every month. It have been over a year they avoid answer are calls and email messages and then decided to offer a new tenant cosigner lease agreement but with more fees. I had submitted the $3000.00 totalling and selected the three apartments. The last email by Alandra Brown she wanted me to email her the into application online which we already did and more pricing information. I submitted and never answer from her ever again I sen a message to email about the job change and reduce hours by Mr. Kittles and we needed more time and to change the move in date. Alandra Brown the Regional Manager or Robert Smith didn't appear to answer just cold emails or no answer to there cell phones. We kept calling Mr. Kittles and I still nothing.
They have failure to properly credit our account or grant a refund the consumer practice law. They are very deceptive business just simple taking advantage of poor credit people and who have bad credit, evicition. A terrible Cosigner company and they make several threats to put you out even over the $200.00 just a dishonest company Desired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Refund We want the full refund immediately including the tenant law deposit policy in the amount $3500.00 and with year interest come to $10,480.00 we will file Business Fraude charges against Guranteed Apartment Approval and court fee's if they failure to respond. This company is the worst. I was in an apartment for 5 months when I received a letter from the office stating that my rent was 5 months late. Amanda Brown, and Robert Smith never returned my phone calls that day. A week went by I finally came in contact with Alanda, and she stated that I had to move out. This story gets worse. !!!I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Be careful. They will also report you to the credit bureaus for broken leases that were caused by them.

Had a very negative similar experience. They charge astounding fees and talk to you like you’re worse than dirt. I don’t know how they stay in business. I lost my job unexpectedly; instead of working with me they told me that I would have to move my whole family out and said within days. I talked to the front office even though they didn’t want me to. The front office told me I didn’t have to move, that what they were saying at GAA was complete lies. We stayed 2 more months and then the complex put us up in a new apartment under my credit.
Robert and Alanda will be going straight to Hell when the time comes. They are the rudest, most unprofessional liars I have ever met.
I am now using a new service whereby you just pay the fees and have the freedom to manage everything with the leasing office which is exactly as it should be. No more dicktatorship from those 2 twats.

Robert Smith suffers with a short man complex and Alanda Brown is a domineering coward with a fake Trump complex. They do not treat people right and will talk to you like trash. Oh but here's the kicker, they are a married couple with a child, and they work from home to run their scams and talk poorly to people to make themselves feel better about themselves.

This company has done nothing but great things for me. I do know that the negative experiences people had is always one sided and you never really know what is true or not. But I went through the services and they placed me in a brand new house. I never had any issues and I am grateful for that. So please always judge off your direct experiences with the company verse just believing everything that you hear because my situation was a great experience!
