I Am JOSHUA from Cavite,Philippines i want report this activity this women from Guanzhou ML industrial limited company. we had transact on june 24 2015 and she gave me a PROFORMA INVOICE on that day and then we talk a lot there company and there other info of there company to get more info of assurance this company is real.. and she gave me a evidence that there company is real and i ask her there is nothing else i will pay expect the unit and the shipment and she said nothing and then we have to proceed the transact. on JULY 1 2015, i pay the amount said about 380USD thru western union,then she said to me i will wait for confirmation of the company if they receive the money the company will process the unit then will wait 3 to 5 days to after a week i message her and ask her where is the item. she said she confirm ti there company..every a week i message her to confirm the items i was order to her company.
in a second month she said to me that the custom was hold the the items. and she said i have to pay the tax..and i said to her that we have no contract to pay tax in custom in china..and then i said to her to gave the tracking number to track my items..and nothing reply..and 2 and half months i was angry where the items is..
she gave me the tracking number and then i search the if the tracking number is fake or real then..i have track the items it will go to United states it has arrive in LA california but not as a item but it is a registered mail thru 17track tracking agency.i message her again why the given tracking number is a parcel registered mail and going to united state..she said to i have to trust her coz tha is not a mail but it is an item i said to her but in china post your given track was a registered mail..and nothing reply my messages.. i have evidence that i wass pay and i have PROFORMA INVOICE from there company..i want to stop this company and this girl to victim to the other people..and she use the ALIBABA site to get the client to victim to there own good to make money..i was report this situation in alibaba but there is no alisa xu and there company was registered in there site but the alibaba said to me i have to report it to the police station to investigate this action..
