This company has been very dishonest they just took the payment and I’ve been waiting for my product for 45 days I asked them to give me a valid tracking number they keep postponing until they finally sent me a tracking number but there is no package attached to it I have been contacting Jenny for the last 45 days trying to get my package or a refund.
They have to nine to do both they keep insisting the package is on its way but there’s no way of me to track and I have already called FedEx and FedEx told me that there is no package in their system or dropped off and then Jenny keeps telling me that the package is on its way but it’s not on its way I purchase through Alibaba and it’s a Pending Investigation I cannot believe these people kept changing the dates and they just take your money and don’t send you the products will be very careful not to do business with them
